Watch your dancer's class from wherever you are
SpotTV gives you live video access to your dancer's class from your phone, included with tuition. Here's how to get set up, watch a class, and fix the most common hiccups.

Included with your tuition
There is no extra charge for SpotTV. Live class access is included for currently enrolled Music in Motion families.
Private to your family
Approved family members receive private access during their dancer's weekly class, so you can stay connected without standing in the studio doorway.
SpotTV Family
Get the app
The parent app is called SpotTV Family. Download it from your device's official app store before starting your account setup.

Setting up your account
STEP 01
Create your family account
Download the SpotTV Family app, tap New Here / Sign Up, choose Parent or Relative, and enter your name.
STEP 02
Connect your dancer
Enter how many dancers you are connecting and your email. Search for and select Music in Motion Dance Center as your Activity Center, enter your dancer's name, then create your username and password.
STEP 03
Request your class access
Search for and select your dancer's current class time or times, tap Done to submit, and follow the remaining prompts to finish.
When class begins
Watching a class
Open the SpotTV Family app and log in during your dancer's regular class time, then select the approved class to watch the livestream from your phone or tablet.
Log in a few minutes early so you are ready the moment class begins. If the livestream does not load right away, close and reopen the app and confirm you are on a strong Wi-Fi or cellular connection.
The stream is only live during your dancer's scheduled class time, so there is nothing to watch between classes. You can pause and rewind within the live window, but the feed is not saved or downloadable afterwards.

Can't find your class
Double-check the class time in Sawyer. If it changed recently, call 855-913-2623 or email office@musicinmotionva.com and we will get it corrected.
App or login trouble
Contact the SpotTV Help Desk at 1-877-722-6358 or Contact@spottv.pro, Monday through Friday, 7am to 8pm CST. Weekend help is available by email from 8am to 4pm CST. You can also visit the SpotTV help center.
Account still pending
Reach out to the studio at 855-913-2623 or office@musicinmotionva.com and we will check your dancer's enrollment status.
Livestream privacy
Good to know
Screenshots and screen recordings are not permitted, and login credentials should not be shared. Violating these rules can result in an account being suspended or placed on hold.
