Show casts and performer arrival times are coming soon. If your dancer cannot take part because of vacation or another scheduling conflict, please let the teachers know through the performer opt-out form.

When do tickets go on sale?
Snowflakes Soirée tickets go on sale Monday, November 9. All tickets are assigned seating, and families can select their seats when purchasing.
How does the Family Pre-Sale work?
The Family Pre-Sale runs November 9 through 15. Purchases require the unique pre-sale code emailed to every address on file for your family. Each cart is limited to the approved number of seats during this period so each dancer's parents and close family have an opportunity to attend. Ticket sales are monitored, and seats purchased above the posted limit may be cancelled and refunded.
When do tickets open to the public?
Beginning Monday, November 16, all remaining tickets are released for public sale with no pre-sale code or purchase limit.

When should guests arrive?
Doors open 30 minutes before each show.
What should guests know during the performance?
Please remain seated during performances. If you need to enter or leave the theater, wait until a dance has ended. Stay quiet and attentive while dancers are performing, cheer for every dance and dancer, and silence all phones and devices.
