Registration and Tuition Details

Pay in Full:
5% discount applies for class sessions paid in full!  **Must be paid by check or cash only.  Contact office@musicinmotionva.com to arrange payment and registration.

Pay by Semester:
3% discount for semester transactions by check only.  Pay at registration and pay on January 2nd, 2024.

Pay in Installments:
10 total installments for the season.  From September 1 to June 1. Costume fees are billed at registration and on January 15th, 2026.

Billing and Financial Policies

Music in Motion accepts cash and checks; however, a valid digital payment method must remain on file for all accounts.

• ACH/Bank Draft payment methods incur minimal transaction fees.
• Credit Card and Debit Card payment methods incur a 3% transaction fee.
• Returned Payments: A $35 returned payment fee will be assessed for any returned check or declined ACH payment. Music in Motion reserves the right to require future payments by ACH, certified funds, or credit/debit card following a returned payment.
• Tuition is due on the 1st of each month.
• A $25 late fee will be assessed to any account with an unpaid balance after the 10th of the month.
• If an account remains unpaid by the 1st of the following month, the student may not participate in classes until the account is brought current or a studio-approved payment arrangement has been established with a valid payment method on file.
• All approved payment plans require automatic payments using the payment method on file.
• If an account remains unpaid by the 15th of the following month, the student will be unenrolled from all classes, and their class placement may be released to another student.
• Students who are unenrolled due to non-payment are not guaranteed their previous class placement if they wish to re-enroll. Re-enrollment is subject to class availability and payment of all outstanding balances, fees, and any applicable registration fees.
• Students with outstanding balances may not be eligible to participate in performances, receive costumes, participate in special events, or register for future classes, camps, teams, or programs until their account has been brought current, unless otherwise approved by the studio in writing.
• Any unpaid balance remains the responsibility of the account holder regardless of the student's enrollment status.
• Delinquent accounts may receive written notice, including certified mail, prior to being referred to a collections agency or pursued through small claims court. The account holder is responsible for any reasonable collection costs, court costs, attorney's fees (where permitted by law), and other collection expenses permitted by applicable law.

Music in Motion reserves the right to make exceptions to these policies in cases of documented hardship or other extenuating circumstances at the studio's sole discretion. Any exception granted for one account does not establish a precedent or waive the studio's right to enforce these policies for future billing periods or other accounts.
